Thorsten Rohde, Mag. iur. (Dublin) is a founding partner and heads the Frankfurt office of ROHDE BAIER.

Dr. Johannes Baier is a founding partner and heads the Munich office of ROHDE BAIER.

Johannes primarily advises on corporate, commercial and property law and guides national and cross-border transactions with a particular focus on succession in medium-sized companies as well as private equity and venture & growth capital. He is guided by the commercial success of entrepreneurs and decision-makers, whom he supports as part of a closely coordinated team. Dr Lutz Krämer is Of Counsel in the Frankfurt office of ROHDE BAIER.

Lutz advises decision-makers, primarily management and supervisory board members, in particular in the areas of corporate governance, compliance, capital market communication and boardroom advice. Lutz has more than twenty years of experience as a partner of leading global law firms in the areas of corporate takeovers, capital increases, IPOs and boardroom advice.

As the long-standing head of the corporate and capital markets departments of a leading US commercial law firm, our clients benefit from his unique experience and industry knowledge. His advisory style is characterised by precise recommendations for action, even in complex situations, with a great understanding of the economic interests of the parties. Lutz is admitted as a lawyer in Germany and is also a banker with several years of experience as in-house counsel at a major German bank.
