Dr Lutz Krämer is Of Counsel in the Frankfurt office of ROHDE BAIER.

Lutz advises decision-makers, primarily management and supervisory board members, in particular in the areas of corporate governance, compliance, capital market communication and boardroom advice. Lutz has more than twenty years of experience as a partner of leading global law firms in the areas of corporate takeovers, capital increases, IPOs and boardroom advice.

Lutz is admitted as a lawyer in Germany and is also a banker with several years of experience as in-house counsel at a major German bank. She advises on M&A, PE and VC transactions as well as on general corporate law issues. Charlotte completed her first state examination and gained her first practical experience as an intern at an international law firm before joining ROHDE BAIER.

Anna-Lena Volkmann is a legal assistant in the Munich office of ROHDE BAIER.

She advises on M&A, PE and VC transactions as well as on general corporate law issues. Before joining ROHDE BAIER, Anna-Lena gained practical experience in an international law firm in the real estate sector. She completed her first state examination in Munich.

Patricia Fesl is responsible for the function of Partner Assistance and Office Manager at ROHDE BAIER.

In this role, she supports the partners and the entire team in all organisational and administrative matters and ensures that day-to-day business runs smoothly. In addition, she coordinates internal processes and is the central point of contact for operational issues in office management.

Before joining ROHDE BAIER, she worked in public local administration and also gained valuable experience in a renowned catering business in Munich.

Alessa Schiller is responsible for the Assistance and Administration function at ROHDE BAIER.

She supports the partners and the team in all administrative areas.

Before joining ROHDE BAIER, she gained valuable experience as an investment assistant at an international property consultancy and in HR/employee secondment at a renowned German car manufacturer based in Munich.

Anastasia Knaus is responsible for the Partner Assistance and Office Manager function at ROHDE BAIER.

In this role, she supports the partners and the entire team in all organisational and administrative areas. She also oversees marketing and communication measures and takes on a wide range of administrative and operational tasks in office management.

Before joining ROHDE BAIER, she worked in the billing department of a large insurance company and also gained extensive experience as an office manager and team leader in a private clinic.
