Thorsten Rohde, Mag. iur. (Dublin) is a founding partner and heads the Frankfurt office of ROHDE BAIER.
In the context of national and cross-border corporate transactions, Thorsten advises on commercial and corporate law with a particular focus on M&A, private equity, venture & growth capital and search funds. He sees his role as a sparring partner for managers and decision-makers not only on core legal issues.
