Unless otherwise stated, all lawyers of ROHDE BAIER Rechtsanwälte PartmbB employed at German locations are admitted to practice in the Federal Republic of Germany. All of the firm's German lawyers have been awarded the professional title "Rechtsanwalt" in the Federal Republic of Germany. They belong to the bar association of their respective location, which is responsible for them as a supervisory authority.

The relevant professional regulations are the Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO), the Professional Code of Conduct for Lawyers (BORA), the Lawyers' Remuneration Act (RVG), the Specialist Lawyers' Act, the Professional Code of Conduct for Lawyers in the European Community and the Act on the Activities of European Lawyers (EuRAG).
