Transaction boutique ROHDE BAIER advises management of the DemoUp Cliplister GmbH (Berlin) in the sale to the E-Commerce Software Group, a portfolio company of the Bregal Unternehmerkapital GmbH (Munich).
DemoUp Cliplister is a technology company that provides a central platform for creating, managing, distributing and analysing unique product content in the simplest and most efficient way possible. In 2021 - also with the participation of founding partner Thorsten Rohde - the two companies joined forces. DemoUp and Cliplister with the aim of providing Europe's most powerful platform for product content in e-commerce. As a result of the merger, DemoUp Cliplister was able to massively expand its technology and international reach.
