Moving Forward International, a German freight forwarding company, based at Frankfurt am Main Airport, specialized in demanding logistics, handling hazardous and other sensitive goods, including the transport of radiopharmaceuticals and other pharmaceutical products by road and air.
Founded in 1999, PHSE has focused since its inception on the logistical management of clinical trials, later specializing in active temperature-controlled shipping (Active Cool Chain) for pharmaceuticals, biotech, biological samples and clinical trials serving the hospital, home care and clinical research channels. In 2020, the entry of Eddy De Vita into the corporate structure, at 70%, supported by the investment fund NB Aurora, marks an important step in the development of PHSE’s international platform.
The acquisition of Moving Forward International provides the Group with entry into a new and strategic key market, Germany, Europe’s leading pharmaceutical market.
