ROHDE BAIER provided comprehensive legal advice to Pivotum Capital GmbH & Co. KG on its acquisition of esome advertising technologies GmbH and Kairion GmbH from ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE.

The transaction was led by Partner Thorsten Rohde, Mag. iur. (Dublin), with support from Associate Cédine Benson, LL.M. (Glasgow).
