ROHDE BAIER provided legal advice to the sole shareholder and managing director of Neumond – Düfte der Natur GmbH on the sale and transfer of all shares in Neumond – Düfte der Natur GmbH to Hamado GmbH as part of a share deal. With the completion of the transaction, the long-established company is passing into the next generation.
