ROHDE BAIER provided comprehensive legal advice to the Hans Nolte Family Foundation on the acquisition of a 26 percent partnership in and with The Radio Group Holding GmbH as part of a share deal. With this cooperation, the foundation underscores its long-term commitment to independent journalism and a diverse and locally rooted media landscape.
The Radio Group is one of the most important independent networks of private radio stations in Germany and currently operates 19 radio stations with wide reach, which are regularly among the most listened to local programs in their respective regions.
The transaction was led by partner Dr. Johannes Baier and supported by associates Magdalena Krezel and Sarah Döllekes, LL.M. (London).
