ROHDE BAIER advises shareholders of VERMAS Versicherungsmakler Service GmbH on strategic entry of INFITECH GmbH

ROHDE BAIER provided comprehensive legal advice to the shareholders of VERMAS Versicherungsmakler Service GmbH on the strategic entry of INFITECH GmbH, a portfolio group of the private equity fund Hg Capital. 

The transaction was led by partner Dr. Johannes Baier and forms the basis for the further expansion of VERMAS Versicherungsmakler Service GmbH as a platform company, with significant inorganic growth planned through targeted acquisitions in the coming years.
