ROHDE BAIER advised the shareholders of OLO GmbH (formerly Hydration Labs GmbH) in connection with a buy-out as part of the strategic development.
The OLO GmbH specializes in the development, production and trade of goods for the food & beverage industry. With this transaction, the shareholder structure of OLO GmbH was aligned for the future and a further milestone was set for the development of the company.
