ROHDE BAIER advises owners of T-K-S on sale to Moving Forward International GmbH

ROHDE BAIER provided comprehensive legal advice to Andreas Rückfert, owner of T-K-S, on the sale of the company to Moving Forward International GmbH, a subsidiary of the international logistics group PHSE, a portfolio company of the investment fund NB Aurora.

The transaction was led by partner Thorsten Rohde, Mag. iur. (Dublin), who had already advised on the sale of Moving Forward International to PHSE in 2024, and was supported by associate Cédine Benson, LL.M. (Glasgow).
